Carole R. Spicer, Owner and Founder
Carole R. Spicer is a highly experienced and certified facilitator and master trainer having worked in both private and public sectors. Carole is skilled in Adult Learning Principles and creates a safe environment for her clients to share and learn new skills and information. She has a proven track record in achieving results and the transfer of knowledge.
Carole is a Certified Service Manager with extensive service delivery experience. She began her service career in the retail industry and moved in to a telecommunications call centre where she advanced to a Corporate Training Specialist role. Carole added project management to her training specialties in 2007 when she earned her Project Management Professional certification. She worked closely with the Government of Ontario’s Centre for Leadership and Learning to build capacity of public servants in project management and leadership. As a Manager, Corporate Organizational Development with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Carole has worked closely with clients to build capacity and identify strategic priorities. She is specialized in the design and delivery of virtual training.
Carole is 10th generation Canadian with her family originating from Newfoundland and Labrador. She currently resides in Pasadena, Newfoundland and Labrador with her husband and two daughters. She is the Chairperson of the Pasadena Heritage Society – NL, and the Secretary of the Pasadena Public Library Board.
