Owner and Founder

Strong relationships are one of the core values of Carole R. Spicer, owner and founder of Spicer Facilitation & Learning. A certified master trainer and facilitator, Carole uses her experience to help her clients achieve desired outcomes. She has worked in both private and public sectors and having twice faced position elimination (once in each sector) she is resilient and able to adapt to new challenges. Reinventing herself twice in 10 years has provided her with a wealth of experiences that she draws upon to connect herself to her clients. She prides herself on the ability to customize solutions to meet the unique needs of the people she works with.

A natural storyteller with a passion for her heritage, Carole often says she is in her dream job as she gets to talk for a living.

Her core lines of business are meeting facilitation, public engagement, and professional development learning.  She offers her services in-person and virtually.

Carole is 10th generation Canadian with her family originating from Newfoundland and Labrador. She currently resides in Pasadena, NL with her husband and their two cats. She is Chairperson of the Pasadena Heritage Society – NL, and Secretary of the Pasadena Public Library Board. When not volunteering she can be found snowshoeing, kayaking, reading or watching her beloved Toronto Maple Leafs.
